Cash Rewards

Everyone loves cash, right? This is a free program designed to help you earn money every time you shop. How does it work? Our network of participating merchants offers cash rewards for everyday purchases – giving you cash in your pockets for items for you and your family to stay healthy.


Getting Started:

Once you become a cardholder of VSP® Simple Values, you are automatically enrolled into the cash back program and receive a welcome email describing the benefits and tools available to you for maximizing your cash back.

Earning Rewards:

All on-line purchases made through the cash back program will be tracked and a portion of your purchase amount is eligible to transfer to your checking account or Paypal once you accumulate a minimum of $15.

LOUISIANA RESIDENTS
La. R.S. 22:1260(7)(D)(1)(k) - Procedures for filing complaints under the discount medical plan organization's complaint system and information that, if the member remains dissatisfied after completing the organization's complaint system, the plan member may contact his state insurance department.
MARYLAND RESIDENTS
Discounts for hospital services, if any, are not applicable in Maryland.
MASSACHUSETTS RESIDENTS
The plan is not insurance coverage and does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00. The range of discounts for medical or ancillary services provided under the plan will vary depending on the type of provider and medical or ancillary service received.

If after receiving our response and you are not satisfied with the resolution you may write or call: West Virginia Insurance Commissioner.
This plan is not available in the following states MT and VT.
